
He was born in 1930 in the village Zhuravichi, Gomel region.
The main areas of scientific activity are developments to improve the organization of labor based on the comprehensive mechanization of production processes, the adaptation of collective and state farms to market conditions, and the reform of agricultural organizations and enterprises into market-type structures.
He have prepared proposals on modern forms of labor organization and the creation of organizational and production structures that meet the requirements of a market economy.
He defended his dissertation for the degree of candidate of economic sciences "Intensification of dairy cattle breeding" and for the degree of doctor of economic sciences "Organization of labor in agriculture (theory, methodology, practice)".
In 1991 he was awarded the academic title of professor, and in 1996 he was elected a full member of the International Academy of Information Sciences, Information Processes and Technologies (IAISPT), which is an organization associated with the UN Department of Public Information.
Author of more than 300 scientific papers, including 10 monographs. Under his scientific supervision, 15 PhD theses were defended.
Honored worker of agriculture, deputy of the Supreme Council of the VIII convocation. For high production indicators he was awarded the Order of Lenin, the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, medals, and the Honorary Diploma of the Supreme Council of the Republic.
