Since 1978, the specialized council K122.07.01 began to function for the defense of candidate dissertations in the specialty 08.00.05 - economics, organization of management and planning of the national economy (agriculture), approved by order of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Council of Ministers of the USSR dated February 7, 1978 No. 117 composed of: Lych G. As a result of personnel rotation, Baigot S.A., Trusevich N.N., Blankman Ya.M., Efremenko V.V., Zhilinsky N.A., Kulazhenko V.A., Svyatogor A.P. took part in the further work of the council.
