1. SCIENCE

1.1. Directions of scientific research:

– monitoring national and regional food security;

– developing theoretical and methodological foundations for an organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring food security;

– developing recommendations for improving production efficiency and the competitiveness of agricultural products;

– developing recommendations for optimizing distribution channels and structures, and for the balanced development of the national food market.

1.2. Additional research activities:

– Annual monitoring of national food security in the Republic of Belarus, carried out in accordance with Resolution № 962 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated December 15, 2017, «On the Doctrine of National Food Security of the Republic of Belarus until 2030»;
