About the trade union organization

The local (trade union) committee of the trade union of workers and employees of agriculture and procurement of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Belarusian SSR (later – the branch trade union of Agro-Industrial complex) was created in 1957.

For 65 years, the trade union organization of the institute has been solving the main task – protecting the socio-economic interests of workers.

Over the years of functioning of the trade union organization, the institute has developed its own traditions, which create a favorable moral and psychological climate in the team and comfortable working conditions.

Collective agreement

The institute has a collective agreement. It includes provisions relating to wages, employment, working hours, labor protection, additional guarantees and compensation, which provides the necessary support and protection for workers in various situations.
