1. SCIENCE

1.1. Directions of scientific research:

• development of recommendations for improving mechanisms of regulation of quality and safety of agri-food products at all levels of Agro-Industrial Complex management;
• study of organizational and economic aspects of quality management of agricultural and food products in national and international practice;
• development of scientific and practical recommendations to increase the efficiency of systemic quality management at the level of agricultural and processing enterprises of Agro-Industrial Complex;
• monitoring and comprehensive assessment of the level of development of quality management tools, improvement of their methodology;
• study of the specifics of the quality and safety regulation system of products in the EAEU market and development of recommendations to ensure the competitiveness of domestic agri-food products by quality parameters in the context of regional integration development;
• development of methods and mechanisms for effective regulatory and technological support of the industry based on timely updating and provision of organizational and technological production standards of agricultural products to business entities;
• development of recommendations for regulating the quality of agri-food products, taking into account world market requirements, based on the princi-ples of benchmarking and increasing the export potential of the domestic Agro-Industrial Complex.

• annual monitoring of the quality of agricultural products and mechanisms for its provision (within the framework of monitoring national food security of the Republic of Belarus);
• development of sectoral regulations for typical technological processes of agri-cultural production (technological regulations), 1995–2017;
• research work «Develop a procedure for monitoring the safety indicators of crop production» (ТКП 349-2011 (02150)), 2011;
• research work «Develop recommendations for ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products taking into account WTO requirements», 2008–2009;
• research work «Study factors and develop a concept for improving the quality of agricultural products» (BRFFR), 2004–2005.
