The policy of the Republican Scientific Unitary Enterprise "Institute of System Research in the Agro-Industrial Complex of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus" (hereinafter referred to as the institute, the operator) regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the policy) has been developed on the basis of and in compliance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 7, 2021 № 99-Z "On the Protection of Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as the Law on Personal Data) and defines the basic principles, purposes and rules for the processing of personal data, categories of personal data subjects, their rights and obligations, as well as measures implemented at the institute aimed at ensuring the protection of personal data.
