Personal data processing policy

The policy of the Republican Scientific Unitary Enterprise «The Institute of System Researches in Agro-Industrial Complex of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus» (hereinafter referred to as the Institute, Operator)  regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) was 
developed on the basis of and in pursuance of the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 07.05.2021 №  99-З «On the Protection of Personal Data» (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Law) and defines the basic principles, goals and rules for the processing of personal data, categories of personal data subjects, their rights and obligations, as well as measures implemented at the Institute aimed at ensuring the protection of personal data.
