In the recommendations, based on the assessment of existing payment conditions, labour incentives, analysis of tendencies of interconnection and specialists with the final results, has been developed the mechanism of income and payment formation of heads and specialists of economically developed agricultural enterprises including the procedure of determining the minimum guaranteed salaries depending on cash proceeds and its size on the employee, deduction standards of proceeding in cash minus purchasing seeds, forages, animals and poultry on monthly supplementary fee, standards of profit contribution from products marketing decrease by increase amount of monetary obligation of organization on bonus payment taking into account tactical level of average monthly earnest and sales margins.

Recommendations are intended for agricultural organizations, controls, research assistants, teachers and students of agricultural education establishments.
