The creation of three agroservice formation groups on a cooperative basis, which representing new organizational usage forms of agricultural machinery on rendering of the mechanized works (services), is grounded on the example of agricultural organizations of Logojsk region, Minsk oblast. For each of them the agricultural organization-founders, volumes of executable labor-intensive works proceeding from availability of agricultural lands, settled on created cooperatives, the optimal technological demand for equipments as well as aggregate size of statutory fund by creation of organization structures are determined and payment procedure for services rendered with agricultural organization-founders and other consumers.
