Youth shapes the future of the Republic of Belarus

On September 27, 2025, the Youth Council under the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus launched the ninth recruitment round of the "Team of the Future" leadership platform. Seventy promising young people were selected from more than 160 candidates from across the country. Among the participants was A. A. Andreenko, a research fellow in the labor and social relations sector. The program includes five meetings with government officials, media outlets, and prominent Belarusian speakers.

The first meeting included a training session on public speaking. Participants took part in a lightning debate, discussing current youth issues such as the impact of artificial intelligence on the labor market, the need for censorship on social media, and healthy lifestyles.
