The final event of the socio-political marathon "17 Facets of Unity"

On September 16, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus held the concluding event of the socio-political marathon "17 Facets of Unity," dedicated to the Day of National Unity. Employees of the institute who participated included K. I. Kravchenko, O. A. Azarenko, Yu. D. Yaloza, M. A. Kapaev, A. V. Putsyk, and K. V. Statuev. Among the speakers at the event were V. S. Karanik – Chairman of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus; A. I. Ivanets – Chairman of the Public Association "Belaya Rus" and Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus; V. F. Gigin – Deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, Director General of the National Library of Belarus, Chairman of the Regional Public Association "Knowledge," and others.

The meeting featured lively discussions about the essence of unity, patriotism, the historical development of the Belarusian people, social values, and much more. The emphasis was placed on a united society capable of effectively resisting external pressures and internal conflicts. Love for the Motherland begins with family traditions, growing into respect for the history of one’s country, pride in its achievements, and the desire to make a worthy contribution to the development of the homeland.
