The 80th Student Scientific and Technical Conference of FMME BNTU

On May 15, 2024, young researchers from the Institute of System Researches in Agro-Industrial Complex of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, A. A. Andreenko, a researcher of Labor and Social Relations Sector, and K. N. Dragun, an economist, participated in the anniversary conference of the Faculty of Marketing, Management, and Entrepreneurship at the Belarusian National Technical University.

The conference covered the following topics: the development of foreign economic relations under sanctions, forms and methods of tax incentives for small businesses, digital transformation of business processes in industry, and labor market development trends. A. A. Andreenko, in her report «On the Prospects of Using Gamification as a Tool for Non-Material Motivation in Agro-Industrial Organizations,» discussed the essence, main elements, and directions for implementing gamification in the activities of agro-industrial organizations. Additionally, the young researchers presented an ongoing project to the attendees – the educational platform «Kolosok».
