 The recommendations developed an evaluation system of criteria for the agroindustrial integration within the framework of an association, which makes it possible to determine the effect of the joint activities of its members. A multi-level indicator system is proposed for their assessment during their creation and functioning at the regional level. Distribution method of the overall synergistic effect has been developed on the basis of new approaches, as well as methodological approaches to determine the comparability of the results of integrated formations activities in product sub-complexes in order to bring their effectiveness indicators to a common denominator. The groups of integrated formations were identified by the efficiency value and the levels of achieved integration were formulated depending on the value of the overall effectiveness ratio.

 A mechanism of intra-farm cooperation based on rental relationship with the use of a check form for production costs control is proposed. A cost-effective mechanism has been developed for the production on large livestock farms (complexes) under conditions of intra-farm lease.

 The recommendations were developed to provide methodological assistance to the subjects of agroindustrial integration of food sub-complexes during their creation and operation.
