Summary: In the article one of the measures of the improvement of the agriculture functioning effectiveness is presented. The authors offered the algorithm of the placing optimization of the crop and livestock within the administrative-territorial regions of the republic. Practically this algorithm is applied in Mogilev region. The calculations showed, the improvement of the branches concentration level by districts allows to increase the region gross income more than 68 billions rubles.

Features relations in the meat market sysem
Summary: Improved interpretation of the categories of market, market system, market mechanism, market environment and approaches to the classification of markets, built a three-level conceptual model of the market, found links between the elements of this model, highlighted industry specific relations in the meat market, formulate market paradigm.
It is proved that the first level of relations is a system, it is formed entities (agents) market, which interact in the production and sale of goods, works and services. In the market of meat and meat products at this level features which are associated with the specific products and deepening of relations between subjects of the market. The second level of relationship is opportunistic and occurs on the basis of the market mechanism. In the meat industry especially arise in connection with the elasticity of demand for these products, the existence of norms of consumption, the specific features of the process. The third level of relations is caused by the elements of the internal (macro) and global (mega), especially if this is a significant dependence on imports, the investment capacity of the industry. Based on the evaluation of statistical data to conclude that the meat market in Ukraine is not balanced, the increasing role played by Ukraine imports of these products. Considering the market of meat and meat products, it is appropriate to allocate six paradigms, the basis of each of which are assigned approaches to the subject-object relationship between market components, namely, the market as: 1) the system, 2) medium, 3) mechanism, 4) process, 5) conditions, 6) chronology.
