The monitoring was conducted in accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated March 10, 2004, № 252, using the methodology of the Concept of National Food Security.

The work explores trends, patterns, and issues in the development of the global system and their impact on food security in countries. It includes trends and forecasts for the development of the global food system, an analysis of factors determining the potential threats and challenges of contemporary times, as well as measures to counter them. The dynamics of stability in food security, particularly its provision in the post-crisis period, are identified. The potential threats are identified, and measures necessary to prevent their occurrence are justified.
