Stolyarov Alexander Martynovich

A. M. Stolyarov was born on January 16, 1925 in the village of Sterzhitsy, Krupsk district, Minsk region. Higher education. In 1953 he graduated from the Moscow Order of Lenin Agricultural Academy, majoring in zootechnics. After graduation, he was sent to work in the Belorussian SSR, where he worked as chief zootechnician, chairman of a collective farm, head of the agricultural department of the Berezinsk district executive committee, and director of the Minsk regional state breeding station.

From 1978 to 1985 he worked at the Belarusian Research Institute of Economics and Organization of Agriculture as a senior zootechnician in labor organization sector.

Participant of the Great Patriotic War. In 1941 he voluntarily joined the 3rd Moscow Communist Division. He took part in the defense of Moscow and in the battles of the North-Western Front, where he was seriously wounded. After recovery, he was demobilized and sent to work at aircraft plant № 23. For participation in the Great Patriotic War and the achieved production indicators, he was awarded the Order of the October Revolution, the Red Banner of Labor, the «Badge of Honor», the medals «For Courage», «For the Defense of Moscow», «For labor valor», «40 years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945».
