In the book are presented to theoretical essence and features labour motivation of management personnel in agricultural. Acting terms of payroll were analyzed, analysis and grade of financial results of the agricultural organizations and revenues of an employee management was realized. It was developed and proposed structure for improving procedures and conditions of determination salaries, the mechanism of an effective system of labor motivation and also the structure of participation system in the profit agricultural organizations.
