The theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of sacurity in the food sphere are investigated in the monograph, tendencies, regularities and problems of development of world food system, their influence on security status of the states are revealed. The tendencies and forecast of development of world agriculture, the analysis of the factors defining potential of threats and calls of the present, and also the counteraction measure are in the book. On the basis of the author's technique including criteria, indicators, indicators and algorithm, dynamics of stability in the sphere of the food, feature of its providing during the post-crisis period at national level is defined. The potential of threats is revealed and the measures necessary for prevention of their approach are proved.

It is intended for scientific and executive workers, teachers of higher educational establishments, graduate students, undergraduates and students.
