In the monograph the questions of formation and development of cooperative and integration structures in agrarian branch are considered, justification of expediency of their creation in potato-productive subcomplex is given. Factors and conditions of effective production of potatoes and its processing are investigated. The condition assessment of development of potato-productive subcomplex is carried out and offers on increase of efficiency of its functioning on the basis of cooperation and integration are developed.
