Monitoring is conducted in accordance with Decree of Ministers Council of the Republic of Belarus of 10 March 2004 № 252 on the National Food Security Conception

The tendencies, regularities and problems of world system development and their influence on security in the food sphere of the states are investigated, tendencies and development forecast of world food system, the analysis of the factors defining potential of threats and challenges of present time and also counteraction measures are defined in this book. The dynamics of stability security in the food sphere, feature of its providing during the post-crisis period is defined. The potential of threats is revealed and the measures which are necessary for prevention of their approach are proved.

The work is intended for heads and specialists of governing bodies, scientific and executive workers, teachers of higher educational establishments, graduate students, undergraduates and students.
