In the monograph problems of development of the foreign trade relations of Belarus and t the European Union countries in the agrarian sphere are considered which are defined with a number of factors , first of all by standard-legal requirements in the field of foreign trade regulation. The general commercial policy of the EU countries and legal norms of regulation of import of agricultural and food goods are revealed, the analysis of the foreign trade relations of Belarus and the EU countries in dynamics is given, the basic foreign trade barriers used by the EU countries are defined.

The strategy of the foreign trade relations of Belarus and the EU countries in the field of agriculture , methodological approaches of perfection of methods and ways of regulation of foreign trade of Belarus in a context of requirements of EU, measures of technical regulation, standardization and production certification, system of measures on overcoming of foreign trade barriers of Belorussian agricultural production in EU markets are proved.

For the organizations of the public administration, heads and experts of Agroindustrial Complex, and also scientific workers and the teachers connected with the sphere of agroindustrial production and foreign trade activities.
