The monograph contains theoretical and methodological bases of system formation of countrys food security, substantiation of potential maintenance of regions taking into account socio-economic factors. The management mechanisms of countrys food security are given on the basis of own manufacture, stability of national food system which is functioning in the conditions of instability of environment, optimization of export-import means and creation of the conditions for receipt of currency resources.
