The development of belorussian agrarian sector is presented in three components the consideration of essence and peculiarities of village and rural community, history and consequences of rural mass transformations on collectivization and property socialization principles as well as prospects of modern dynamics in the sphere of Agroindustrial Complex. The particular interest is attracted with the third part where the attempt to show dramatic way of belorussian peasantry during mass experiments on violent liquidation of small private ownership and administrative planting of large commodity depersonalized farms was made objectively, without a retouch. As a result, such vital qualities of peasant as entrepreneurial activity, personal interest in productive labour, direct responsibility for results, etc. were lost.
