The second part of the monograph presents the results of an analysis of the law enforcement practice of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Eurasian Economic Commission in the food markets, as well as foreign experience in the development of competition and demonopolization of markets, and recommendations are developed for improving the tools for effectively combating restrictive business practices in the food markets and means of production in the Eurasian Economic Union.
