The monograph presents the results obtained during the research work for official use by the Eurasian Economic Commission «Problems of competition in the food markets of the Eurasian Economic Union. Studying the risk of emergence of market power in certain sectors of Agro-Industrial Complex as a result of digitalization and the entry of the largest multinational corporations into the markets for agricultural products in the Eurasian Economic Union» in 2020–2021.
The first part analyzes the trends in the food marketsdevelopment in the concept of global value chains, analyzes the innovative activity of business entities and digitalization in the agri-food sector of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union, identifies the features and consequences of integration into global food markets.
