Participation of scientists from the Institute of System Researches in the Agro-Industrial Complex of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus in the plenary session of the III International Scientific and Practical Conference "Agro-Industrial Complex

Scientists from the Institute of System Researches in the Agro-Industrial Complex of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus O. A. Pashkevich, Head of the Labor and Social Relations Sector, PhD in Economics, and Associate Professor, presented a paper entitled "The Social Package as a Tool for Effective HR Policy in Agriculture," and A. V. Gorbatovsky, Head of the Sector of Industry Economics, PhD in Economics, and Associate Professor, presented a paper entitled "Methodology for Sustainable Competitive Development of Agricultural Production." They took part in the plenary session of the III International Scientific and Practical Conference "The Agro-Industrial Complex in the Context of Innovative Development: Science, Technology, and Staffing" which was held on June 4–5, 2026, as part of the International Specialized Exhibition Belagro-2026. The conference was organized by the Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel in the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Belarusian State Agrarian University with the support of the Belarusian Republican Foundation for Fundamental Research.
