The section «Agricultural Economics» presents a systematization of the risks associated with the implementation of IT in personnel management systems and proposes mechanisms for their minimization within the framework of a preventive approach.
Materials in the section «Problems of Agro-Industrial Complex Sectors» are devoted to assessing the efficiency of extensive horse-breeding technology under cultural herd management conditions, as well as to the evolution of the population’s protein consumption structure. This includes methods for a comprehensive assessment of socio-economic mechanisms shaping protein nutrition, aimed at their application in the development of food security strategies.
Articles focused on international experience are aimed at its adaptation and application in the activities of Agro-Industrial Complex organizations in Belarus. Within this section:
patterns in the development of the European system for regulating the quality and safety of agri-food products are identified and presented;
legal aspects of the legislation of the Republic of Ghana and the Togolese Republic are examined, particularly in terms of food safety, labeling requirements, and customs procedures for imports;
the experience of innovation adoption in large agro-industrial production structures in the Russian Federation is presented;
an assessment is made of the impact of digital and intelligent human resource management on total factor productivity in the integration of agritourism in China.
The section «Development of Rural Social Infrastructure» examines the prospects for applying modular construction technologies in rural areas of the Republic of Belarus for the development of residential and social facilities.
