On May 15, 2026, researchers of the institute took part in the XVIII International Scientific and Practical Conference «Transformation of the Socio-Economic Development Model of the Country: Necessity, Opportunities, Directions»

In the work of the XVIII International Scientific and Practical Conference «Transformation of the Socio-Economic Development Model of the Country: Necessity, Opportunities, Directions», in the section «The Role of the State in Managing the Regional Economy», the following participated: Head of Pricing Sector of the Institute of System Researches in Agro-Industrial Complex of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor S. V. Makrak – with the report «Price Regulation of Agricultural Products Supplied for State Needs: The Experience of the Republic of Belarus», as well as Deputy Director for Research, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor S. A. Kondratenko – with the report «Strategy for Ensuring National Food Security of the Republic of Belarus until 2040: Tasks, Criteria and Mechanisms of Implementation». The presentations revealed current and prospective trends in the development of the agri-food system of the Republic of Belarus, as well as the features of price regulation for agricultural products, raw materials and food. The organizers of the conference noted the great importance of cooperation and interaction between scientists of Russia and Belarus for the implementation of joint projects within the framework of the Union State.

The conference was organized by the Government of Altai Krai, the Altai Krai Legislative Assembly, the Free Economic Society of Russia, and the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
