Final of the Project «Career and Educational Trajectories of School Graduates»

Young scientists from the Institute of System Research in the Agro-Industrial Complex of the NAS of Belarus (A. N. Sharenko and D. Yu. Bashko) participated as experts in group sessions during the foresight session of the project final «Career and Educational Trajectories of School Graduates» on April 14–15, 2025.

A foresight session is a strategic forecasting and future design methodology that helps determine a development vector for the next 5–10–15 years, taking into account industry trends, opportunities, and threats.

The stages of the foresight session:

1. Forecast Development – creating a reliable «map of the future» that outlines major potential events within the topic and defined time period.

2. Future Image Creation – developing a vision of the future with a roadmap and stages for its implementation.

3. Project Development – forming projects aimed at solving specific tasks outlined in the roadmap.
