On October 17–18, 2024, the XVI International Scientific and Practical Conference «Economic independence of Agro-Industrial Complex in new conditions» was held in Minsk. The conference was initiated by the Agrarian Sciences Department of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and the Institute of System Researches in Agro-Industrial Complex of the NAS of Belarus (which hosted the meeting of scientists).

The proceedings contain the results of research conducted by leading experts and scientists from research organizations, higher education institutions, as well as representatives of government agencies and the real economy sectors of the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Poland, and the Republic of Moldova. These works address the issue of ensuring the economic independence of Agro-Industrial Complex under new conditions.

The proceedings include the reports from the conference, as well as fixed reports.
