The monograph outlines the state, problems and prospects for the development of the agro-industrial complex. Modern trends in the development of labor resources are studied, ways to improve their use are indicated, and world experience in human resource management is summarized. The classification of forms and systems of remuneration of labor is given, the features of the choice of flexible systems of its payment, as well as stimulation through the accumulation and movement of property, participation in profits, market forms of remuneration are proposed. The need to strengthen the relationship between the growth of labor productivity and wages in commercial organizations is indicated. The mechanisms of state regulation of the development and support of Agro-Industrial Complex within the framework of the State program of sustainable rural development for 2011‒2015 are outlined.
