 The work outlines the preconditions, the implementation of which is necessary at the level of state authorities of agro-industrial complex for the formation in the republic of an effective mechanism for the introduction and application of the HACCP system in agriculture; disclosed the basic requirements necessary for the implementation of agricultural organizations before the development of the system, identified the features of the development and use of the HACCP system in agriculture. As specific recommendations for the implementation of security systems in agricultural organizations of the republic, methodological approaches to the organization of production based on the principles of HACCP are scientifically substantiated and set out on the example of the dairy industry.

 The work is intended for the governing bodies of agro-industrial complex, heads and specialists of agricultural and processing enterprises, research associates, teachers and students.
