The work has been prepared by the collective of writes. The theoretical problems of processes of a globalization and legitimacies of development of the world food system are researched. The economic, social and demographic aspects of world food consumption are studied, and also the tendencies of food safety of the Republic of Belarus at national and regional levels are detected.
The preposition on creation and development of the internal product markets, development of an infrastructure and perfecting of the marketing network of agricultural raw material and food are offered. The prepared preposition will allow to correct the adding up approaches in solution of the major tasks of creation of the food market, that will promote stability of the food safety system in the country, rising of competitiveness of domestic production and escalating the sales volumes both on domestic, and on foreign markets, lowering the food import level and creating an effective infrastructure system.
