 A comprehensive assessment of modern trends in the development of retail trade in the Republic of Belarus was made, and an analysis of the main violations of the rules of healthy competition and mutually beneficial cooperation was presented.

 Recommendations for the development of the Code of Good Business Practice for business entities in retail trade were explained, which are focused on integrity building of retailers and suppliers as they create and sell consumer goods, and which should be based both on mutual respect and a balance between the economic interests of all market participants.

  The material is intended for use in the practical activities of state management bodies in the field of antimonopoly regulation and trade, as well as in the scientific and pedagogical activities.
