The monograph presents research on  efficiency improvement of export-oriented industries of the food industry of the Republic of Belarus. Theoretical foundations of efficiency increase  have been studied. A systematic and structural assessment of the current state of export activity of food industry enterprises of the Republic of Belarus has been carried out. Methods and methodological recommendations have been developed to increase the efficiency of export-oriented industries in the food industry of Belarus, aimed at identifying reserves for the growth of foreign trade of agroindustrial enterprises and ensuring competitive international sales.

The book is intended for managers and specialists of processing organizations, government bodies, employees of research institutes, as well as teachers and students of agricultural educational institutions.
