Cluster development features of agroindustrial complex in the conditions of innovative economy. P30–35

Foreign experience of cluster structures development and use in agroindustrial production is considered, the main stages and algorithm of their formation are distinguished. The proposals to improve the functioning processes of agroindustrial clusters in the agroindustrial complex of Belarus are developed. The attention is focused on the creation of a regional horticultural cluster in the country as one of the main determining feature of the domestic agricultural economy prospeсts.

Keywords: agroindustrial complex, integrated structures, cluster.

Investment and innovation potential of the agroindustrial complex, its assessment and effective use. P36–45

The article critically analyzes the approaches of specialists to the determination of investment and innovative potential and on this basis, a refined understanding of the essence of the investment and innovative potential of the economic entity of the agroindustrial complex is proposed, which includes 3 main criteria. The components of the investment and innovation potential of the agroindustrial complex, as well as the interconnections of the subjects that determine its development, are studied. The essence, content, advantages and disadvantages, the possibility of using methodological approaches to assessing the investment and innovative potential of agroindustrial production in the agricultural sector are investigated and systematized. A methodology has been developed for assessing investment and innovation potential in the agricultural sector. Directions of increasing the efficiency of its formation and use are proposed.

Keywords: investment and innovation potential, agroindustrial complex, assessment methods, efficiency of use, agriculture.

Promising innovative model for the development of foreign economic activity. P46–52

Based on the research results, a promising innovative model for the development of foreign economic activity was developed, the significance of which lies in the formation of a competitive core of export-oriented industries and industries based on the rapid development of the most promising of them in terms of competitiveness and growth potential, including the involvement of intangible assets in the economic turnover.

The functioning of this model on an innovative basis with the use of system integration of its main elements (regulation of foreign economic activity, use of the agricultural production potential, increasing exports, import optimization) is substantiated according to the most important target criteria, tasks and functions.

Keywords: development prospects, foreign economic activity, regulation, agri-food sphere, model of innovative development.

Formation of distribution relations in integration structures. P. 53–58

The article sets out methodological approaches to the formation of distribution relations in integration structures, based on the establishment of "price ranges" for each stage of product promotion to the final consumer, which contribute to the reimbursement of industry average costs to integration entities, alignment of their economic conditions, increase the profitability of agricultural production, create the necessary conditions for the development of innovative activity, increase labor motivation.

Keywords: methodological approaches, integration structures, distribution relations, price range, stages of promotion, products.

Systematic intensification of production and cost of feed crops. P59–72

Forage crops on arable land in Belarus occupy up to 50% of the area. On a large scale, perennial and annual grasses, corn for green mass and grain are cultivated. But the yield of forage crops, especially perennial and annual grasses, has remained low for many years. Therefore, the gross harvest of forage crops in dynamics is subject to significant fluctuations, the main reason for which is the insufficient level of intensification of field forage production. The main economic indicator that characterizes the effectiveness of intensification of cultivation of forage crops is the production cost of primary feed products (green mass, hay, grain). The lack of extensive official information does not allow for an objective assessment of the work of field feed production. Therefore, an in-depth study of the relationship between the level of production intensity and the cost of primary feed products was carried out on the example of the APC "Agrokombinat Snov" of the Nesvizh district. In addition, the structure of production costs of the main types of feed crops was calculated and evaluated based on the data of this agricultural organization in order to identify potential reserves for cost savings.

Keywords: intensification, dynamics, cost structure, ratio coefficients, reserves.
