Priorities of scientific, technical and innovative development of Agroindustrial Complex. P3–25

The article justifies the key directions of Agroindustrial Complex development of the Republic of Belarus for the period 2021–2025 and for the period up to 2030, which from the position of agricultural economists are priority in accordance with both the already achieved results of production and economic activity of agricultural industry entities, as well as from the position of the world trends in the development of agriculture and food industry.

The relevance and mechanism of creating the Association of Pork Production Exporters in Belarus. P. 26–33

The article substantiates the need to create, within the meat and food subcomplex, the Association of Pork Production Exporters. For the first time in the scientific agrarian economic literature, the goal, tasks and functions of this association are formulated, a structural-functional model of the composition of its members is proposed, and the levels and elements of the management system are justified.

Methodological aspects of efficiency assessment and forecasting of development of livestock breeding sectors in modern conditions. P34–47

The article considers modern approaches to the understanding of the essence of efficiency and its evaluation, including within the framework of formed schools of economic thought. Characteristic features of interpretation of the considered category are defined as applied to agriculture with the identification of the most significant criteria, indicators and performance indicators of animal industries. Methodological aspects of forecasting the development of animal husbandry sectors, taking into account the determining factors of internal and external environment, are revealed.

Increase of investment attractiveness of Republic of Belarus by forming of kraudindustry. P48–53

The spheres of presence of backlogs of strengthening of investment attractiveness of Republic Byelorussia are adopted. Perspective directions of bringing in of capital are marked from international financial markets. Limitations of development of kraudindustry are transferred in Byelorussia. The necessity of legislative removal of normative legal limitations is grounded for the influx of foreign investments on an acceptable cost. Mediation of bank is offered in the field of kraudrelations for reduction of prices of credit products due to cheap resource support of investment project by a population (by the investors of kraudfanding grounds).

Eco-economic aspects of degeneracy risks reduction of peat soils. P54–64

The impact of drainage reclamation on the fertility of peat soils and their transformation as a result of long-term agricultural use both at home and abroad is explored in the article. A set of measures is being considered to prevent risks of peat soils degeneracy as well as ecological rehabilitation of low-productive post-peat soils.

Strengthening the export potential of the grain market of Kazakhstan. P. 65–72

The article discusses the production of grain in Kazakhstan is highlighted, which allows not only to satisfy domestic grain needs, but also to provide high export potential. The country is a major global exporter of grain and is one of the ten countries in the world in wheat export; over the past few years it has held leading positions in the export of flour in high quality indicators. The directions of grain sales to the countries of Central Asia (Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan), Transcaucasia (Azerbaijan, Georgia), Iran, Afghanistan and Turkey, with which Kazakhstan has strong ties in the trade in grain and its processed products and provides export supplies, are examined. One of the promising new directions for exporting domestic wheat is China. The creation of an efficient transport and logistics infrastructure in key export areas, the development of measures for transit countries in the application of tariff policies, and the increase in the level of state support for exports are among the priority tasks to solve this problem.
