Summary: The article discusses the practice of agrarian smart business that involves the dominance of 'smart' agricultural technologies and produces the need for permanent system-situational correction of management decisions carried out by managers and specialists of AIC based on the identification and quantitative evaluation of a large number of options for interaction of variable factors.
It is proved that the proper implementation of the mentioned corrections requires the transformation of the traditional 'manual' impact on agribusiness into information and communication impact.

In this connection it is necessary:
to determine the operations related to monitoring, their sequence and interaction,
establish criteria and use methods that ensure effective process management,
ensure that information and resources are available to support the relevant processes,
monitor, measure, analyze processes where possible,
take the necessary measures to achieve the planned results and their constant improvement.
Monitoring the processes of the quality management system allows:
improve the quality of analysis and forecast processes at the sectoral and local levels,
timely respond to emerging inconsistencies,
to offer the most reasoned solutions to the emerging social and economic problems to the state administration bodies.

Summary: The article conducted a comparative estimation of products competitiveness of milk processing enterprises of Vitebsk region. The author identified the tendencies of changes in the level of competitiveness of the different product groups. As a result of the research the level of real competitiveness cheese, butter and milk is calculated and the reserves of increase of competitiveness of production are determined.

It is revealed that accumulating of nitrate connections in plants considerably fluctuates depending on soil genesis, weather conditions and batteries disbalance. The decrease opportunities in concentration of nitrates in plants based on the balanced providing not only on macro- but also microelements are proved.
