Directions reform labor remuneration heads of agricultural organizations

Summary: The article substantiates importance of studying the questions to stimulate labor heads of agricultural organizations. It is proposed to establish a model developed by the author time-bonus pay heads on the basis of 'floating salary' with the use of the complex index of material stimulation, which is proposed to determine, depending on the state of development of the organization. The application of the proposed model allows for a more detailed elaboration differentiation of salaries of heads, depending on the results of the organization, ensure the rewards for effective leadershipis favorable for strengthening entrepreneurial activity managers in the task of improving the efficiency of agricultural organizations.

Summary: In the article there summarized the experience of the particular agro in the field of creative usage of the public tariff network in correspondence with the Decree of The President of the Republic of Belarus № 181 dated the 10th of May 2011. The experience presents interest for other economic organizations as well.

Features of regulation land relations small forms of managing in agrarian sphere

Summary: The article describes the features land relations, as a specific sphere of industrial relations that arise between people in the process of ownership, use and disposal of land. The article noted that the lands of Belarus are used in accordance with the unified state policy. The main elements of the economic mechanism of land relations regulation were examined in this paper. There were carried out a comparative analysis of the characteristics of land relations regulation in the member states of the Single Economic Space (SES) and the Customs Union (CU) the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan (2014) in this article.

Summary: In article author's definition of concept tax management, realised on the enterprises is offered. The essence of the given concept which is shown in rational use of such interconnected functional elements of management, as tax planning, the management organisation, the tax account, the taxation analysis, the tax control, regulation, motivation and interaction with an environment is opened.

Summary: The article presents research results of the strategic marketing specifics in the field of food subcomplex. Constraining the development factors of strategic marketing and installed causes need for its wider using in the agricultural sector. On the example of meat processing industry AIC identified and substantiated industry-specific features that need to be taken into account in process of strategic marketing introduction and implementation.

Life averaged milk yield as a primary measure of cow's economic productivity

Summary: Cow life averaged milk productivity (life averaged yearly milk yield) is proposed to be used as a convenient measure of cows total economic revenue embracing both cow herd life and milk yield during lactation. Unlike the milk yield (per year or per lactation) or herd life taken separately, the life averaged milk yield is closely related to the total economic revenue per cow and therefore it should find wider use in statistics and decision making in the dairy industry. Tracing the evolution of dairy cattle productivity in the lactation yieldlongevity coordinates is demonstrated, with examples given for the long-term cattle productivity trends in the USA and the Netherlands.

Economic efficiency of use of biofungicide Betaprotektin, F and fungicides when processing sugar beet during vegetation and before storage of root crops

Summary: Results of an assessment of economic feasibility of application of a preparation Betaprotektin, F during vegetation of sugar beet are presented in article and at a laying of root crops of this culture on storage.

It is established that use of the mentioned biofungicide with norm of 1,0 l/hectare during vegetation, in a phase 2-h-4-h of leaves or before a smykaniye of rows, is justified on the crops intended for a bookmark on long storage.

Complex use of a Betaprotektin, F in a phase 2-h-4-h of leaves (1,0 l/hectare) is economically justified and at a laying of root crops on storage (0,5 l/t).

Application of the considered preparation with a consumption rate of 0,5 l/t before a bookmark in kagata of long storage economic is favorable to processing of sugar beet if root crops have from 5% to 25% of the damaged surface.

Efficiency of use of gene muc4 as the marker of productive qualities of pigs of the belarussian large white breed

Summary: As a result of the spent researches polymorphism is studied and economic efficiency of use of various genotypes of gene MUC4 at pigs of the Belarussian Large White breed is defined. It is revealed, that with concentration increase MUC4C allele safety and quantity of realised young growth increased, that positively affected economic efficiency. The best indicators characterized the young growth received from a desirable combination of parental genotypes MUC4CC MUC4CC, economic benefit of which realization has made 114933,1 thousand rbl., or 41047,5 c.u.

The contradictions of ecological externalities of biofuel market

Summary: The external effects of biofuel market are the result of interaction of two different sectors - agricultural and power. This kind of ecological external effects could be defined as interacting externalies. They could be simultaneously both positive, and negative. Therefore the analysis of ecological and economical consequences of the biofuel market regulation is necessary to define the optimum means of a state policy.

The state regulation experience of the agrarian sector support of foreign economy

Summary: In the article the contemporary experience of investment activity in agrarian economy is analyzed. The main forms and directions of the state support of agriculture are examined, characteristics of methods and types of state subsidizing and crediting of agrarian sector of separate countries are revealed. The estimation of contemporary condition and perspectives of the state support development of agricultural enterprise taking into consideration the tendencies of the world economy are given.
