The article presents the results of studies of existing approaches to determining the essence of the category of “state support” (including agribusiness). A mechanism is proposed for implementing the policy of providing state support measures for agricultural producers, its components are described. The principles of state support are systematized into basic and new, in turn, the basic ones were updated taking into account the changing working conditions of the agricultural industry.

Its basic elements – models and mechanisms of regulation of the property relations are analysed in the article.

The key issue of the creation and functioning of food companies is the corporate relations management system, both between participants in integration interaction (subsidiaries, structural divisions), and between the corporate center (management company) and its participants. The article presents a functional model of managing internal corporate relations of food companies at the regional level, which contains the main elements that determine its effectiveness: subjects of interaction, principles and tools for regulating internal corporate relations, key management functions (components) in the context of the integration system.

The article systematizes methodological and methodological approaches to the effectiveness of the export potential of the agricultural and food sector and its strategic directions. The methodical approach was developed to determine the effectiveness of the export potential of the agro-industrial complex, the essence of which is to use an integrated system of indicators at various stages (formation, development, management) and management stages (planning, regulation, organization, motivation, control) characterizing the results of ongoing activities, promising areas of export development strategy of business entities.

The article systematizes methodological and methodological approaches to determine the effectiveness of the logistics activities of enterprises. A phased methodology for assessing the logistics potential of agribusiness organizations has been developed, which characterizes the level of use and development of the logistics management of a business entity. Directions for the introduction of logistic methods and strategies that ensure the optimization of commodity flows in the agricultural market are determined. A set of organizational and economic measures to increase the efficiency of the supply and logistics activities of the organization is justified (for example, the enterprise of the confectionery industry).

Generalization of foreign experience of clustering of the Agroindustrial Complex. P. 63–72
A generalization of foreign theory and practice of creation and development of cluster structures and formations are carried out. As a result, 3 world centers (regions) of cluster development were finded out – North American, Western European and Asian, which differ from each other based on the cluster policy of organization and functioning, and on the participation of power structures in the formation and regulation of clusters. Each model has its advantages, the implementation of which ensures the sustainable development of cluster structures based on the characteristics of building a regional and national economy. Evaluation of the newest international clusters shows that their strategy and policy unites the effective features of various world models, which emphasizes the prevalence of global clustering trends.
