The article discusses the practical experience of the functioning and development of agricultural consumer cooperation in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter – the EAEU), which are key partners in cooperation with the Republic of Belarus. The questions of the actual state of such formations were studied, the prospects for their development were assessed, the existing factors restraining the level of their functioning were identified, and the level of their normative and legal regulation was analyzed.

Resulted problems, exposed motion of concordance of questions of creation of the Chinese-Belarusian investment fund. The risks of his functioning are marked. The enhanceable risks of realization are marked the Investment fund actually to bank activity without the special permission, absence of supervision after the Investment fund from the side of public organs, disparity principles of the currency adjusting and Basic principles of effective bank supervision, by the accepted Basel committee. Measures are offered on prevention of inconsistency of the offered norms of functioning of the Chinese-Belarusian investment fund with a current legislation.

The article presents: rationale for the effectiveness of the use of semi-finished potato fries in comparison with raw tubers; the economic potential of the domestic potato processing industry, the implementation of which will allow to resolve the issue of import substitution for this type of potato products, to ensure the flow of foreign currency from export supplies to the republic.

The humus content is one of the main indicators characterizing the level of soil fertility. In this regard, it is required to regularly monitor the humus content in the soils of agricultural land in order to ensure positive dynamics in the process of its accumulation. Insufficient introduction of organic fertilizers results in a low useful effect of fertilizers on grain production and low increase in live weight of farm animals.
