The relationship between productivity and wages of livestock workers: principles, approaches, growth conditions. P. 60–73

The problem of interdependence of productivity and wages in animal husbandry is raised in the article, the conditions and factors for their increase are determined. The dynamics of the production load of livestock workers is analyzed. It is concluded that in a number of agricultural organizations, the growth of the production load does not provide, as studies have shown, an equivalent increase in wages. Tools for increasing productivity and labour motivation are proposed.

The present paper analyzes the existing approaches to determining the structure and identifies the main components of the innovative potential of an agricultural enterprise, represented by the internal, resource and production components, and also developed a scale and assessed the components of the resource component in scores. An assessment of the economic efficiency of innovative activities on the use of improved land management measures when introducing elements of registering and reacting technologies of precision farming in a specific agricultural enterprise, based on the complex application of static and dynamic indicators, has been carried out.
