Based on the studied foreign experience and conducted research, the author's developments on the introduction of the national information system of grain traceability in agricultural organizations and integrated associations of the Republic of Belarus are presented; the corresponding step-by-step algorithms of its creation, implementation and functioning are given; the organizational and management mechanism of grain farm sustainability on the basis of its implementation is developed, as well as the private and global opportunities it provides.

The author's definition of the concept ‘agricultural advisory system’ is given; types of providers of agricultural advisory services in the Republic of Belarus are singled out in accordance with the assessment of organizations according to three key criteria (organizational and legal form, main activity area, presence of state ownership in the statutory fund); the author analyses the activity and systematises the main characteristics of providers of advisory services in the agrosphere; the necessary conditions for further efficiency of the agricultural advisory system are defined; the author also identifies the main characteristics of providers of agricultural advisory services in the Republic of Belarus.

It has been established that the traditional methodology for assessing the efficiency of technological processes in the dairy industry involves quantitative measurement of consumed and normative values of technical and cost indicators of resource use (milk, components, labour, electricity, etc.) for food production.
The necessity to develop a methodology for assessing the efficiency of technological processes in the dairy industry on the basis of quantitative measurement of normatively consumed and actually consumed resources in order to take into account the use of declared capacities of processing organizations was substantiated.

Market of lactose-free dairy products: state of competition, potential and development prospects in the Republic of Belarus. P. 78–96
The paper presents the results of the study of trends and development potential of the Belarusian market of lactose-free dairy products in terms of assessing the price advantages of dairy products in relation to other food products with high calcium content, analysing the range of lactose-free dairy products and comparing the cost of this category of products produced in Belarus against imported ones. The key provisions of the comparative assessment of methods of lactose content reduction in dairy raw materials are presented. The parameters and prospective directions of market development are substantiated.
