Features and prospects for the formation of sectoral industrial clusters in the Republic of Belarus, taking into account foreign experience. Р. 3–14

Cluster policy is a priority direction of sustainable development, contributing to the increase of national economy competitiveness and investment and innovation potential. The article considers clustering of the regional economy as a tool for ensuring the population life quality in the regions in the context of the world global changes. The novelty of the study consists in identifying the features of cooperation in certain regions, taking into account the level of their socio-economic development. The essential differences of various cluster models formed in the process of innovation activity are substantiated. Measures for the clusters formation in the Republic of Belarus are proposed. The results of the study are important in the implementation of the sustainable socio-economic development country strategy based on the creation of industrial regional clusters.

Investment and innovation mechanism in the system of economic regulation of agroindustrial production. Р. 15–31

The essence of the state investment policy in the agroindustrial complex is shown. The indicators of investment of fixed capital, its availability, movement and condition in agricultural organizations of Belarus, including by regions, are analysed. Proposals are given to improve the mechanisms for investment, lending and import substitution in the agricultural sector, aimed at improving the efficiency and sustainability of domestic agroindustrial production.

Implementation of the export potential of the Republic of Belarus in the agrifood sector in the EAEU market. Р. 32–42

The export potential development of Belarus in the agrifood sector with the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union are considered. Export-import flows of agricultural products and food of Belarus with the EAEU countries have been comprehensively analyzed. Promising directions for expanding mutual trade of the Republic of Belarus with the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union in the agrifood sphere have been identified.

The article considers the essence of the conjuncture of commodity markets as an economic category, provides methodological recommendations for its analysis. The content of supply and demand is disclosed, the factors influencing their value are listed. A review of the main methodological approaches to the analysis and forecasting of the conjuncture of food markets has been carried out.

Influence of land rent on production efficiency agricultural products. Р. 53–61

Presents the results of studies of the relationship between the value of land rent and the efficiency of production in agricultural organizations of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus located in various regions. The main mechanisms that determine this relationship are identified, including pricing, taxation and appropriation of rental income. The results of the production activity of economic entities with different levels of differential income are studied.

Sustainability of field and grassland fodder production amid a shortage of chemicals of agriculture: a systematic approach. Р. 68–85

A systematic approach to ensuring the stability of field and grassland feed production is justified. A comparative assessment of individual types of forage crops is given to select the most effective sources of forage production in the absence of a shortage of chemicals of agricultural. The main directions for ensuring stability in the production of public livestock feed, improving the quality components of feed crops, especially in terms of protein and sugar content, are shown. An economic assessment of the efficiency of feed production was given depending on organizational, technological and economic factors.

The general directions of technical regulation and the formation of a single market for vegetable seeds in the EAEU are represented. The analysis of legal support of the process of unification in the field of seed production and treatment has been carried out.
