The concept of the development of digital twins in agricultural production: aspects of theory and practice. P. 3–21
The article presents the author's concept of development and systemic application of digital twins technology to improve production efficiency in the value chain of agroindustrial complex. The analysis of the practice of using digital twins in agriculture has been carried out. The main advantages, disadvantages, principles, as well as the infrastructure for their construction are highlighted. The economic effects and the relevance of the use of digital twins for modeling production and economic processes at the level of an enterprise, district, industry with opening onto the formation of the digital twins platform for agricultural production are substantiated.

Analysis of the practice of corporate investment in the agroindustrial complex of the Republic of Belarus (on the example of organizations of the Belarusian state food industry concern "Belgospischeprom"). P. 22–35
The analysis of sources of corporate investment in the Belarusian state food industry concern "Belgospischeprom" was carried out, their shortcomings and advantages were identified. The expediency of improving the mechanism of project financing operating in the concern "Belgospischeprom" at the expense of the investment fund of the concern is substantiated.

The use of cluster formation principles and tools to improve the efficiency of lending to agroindustrial complex entities. P. 56–64
The analysis of the concepts of application of the cluster approach has been carried out. Criteria are identified that summarize the content of the considered concepts and the types of relationships in the cluster that affect the creditworthiness of its participants. Based on the selected criteria, the advantages of clustering are grouped, which should be taken into account when lending. The grouping of these advantages made it possible to identify areas of practical application of the cluster approach. To improve the efficiency of the value chain of agro-food products, the clustering tools used in European practice are disclosed. Based on the systematization of the advantages of applying the cluster approach and the European experience, clustering tools that are acceptable in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus and favorably affect the result of lending are proposed.

Heuristic algorithm for optimizing the implementation of a complex of mechanized works in field farming in conditions of digitalization. P. 65–81
In modern conditions, ensuring the competitiveness of agricultural production is impossible without an accurate and scientifically based system of organization of production, an integral element is planning the implementation of mechanized agricultural technical work. Models for optimizing the use of the enterprise's machine and tractor fleet in field farming are based on the mathematical apparatus of linear programming and greatly simplify reality.
This study considers the possibility of using nonlinear models to solve the problem of optimal planning of spring-field work.
Particular attention is paid to the heuristic algorithm for obtaining an initial reference plan, close to the optimal, and an integer solution. An example of calculations according to the proposed method for a specific agroindustrial enterprise is given. The described heuristic algorithm can be successfully applied in practice in operational-production planning of the use of the available machine-tractor fleet in field farming.
Keywords: crop farming, digital transformation of the agroindustrial complex, machine and tractor fleet, optimization of agrotechnical works, mechanized work, problem of scheduling, integer programming.

Foreign practice of regulating the vegetable seed industry. P. 82–96
The features of the functioning of the vegetable seed industry in foreign countries are presented. The Access to Seeds Index is analyzed, which evaluates seed companies in Asia and Africa in accordance with their efforts to improve access to quality seeds of improved varieties for farmers. Three models for the implementation of industry regulation tools at the country level have been developed.
