Diversification of the agrarian economy: analysis, evaluation and directions of development. Р. 3–14
The theoretical essence of the diversification of the agrarian economy, including its type classification, was studied. The methodological approaches to the formalized assessment of the level of diversification were considered, their advantages and disadvantages were revealed. The methodology of determining the degree of diversification of the agrarian economy from the position of the available potential of the participants of the agrarian market and employment of the rural population was developed and tested. The quantitative assessment of the degree of influence of the national, branch and regional employment of the rural population on the intensity of the change in the level of diversification was given.

The basis for determining the level of the competitiveness of the region are a specific purpose of the assessment and a reasonable set of adequate characteristics that allows to identify the main development trends, strengths and weaknesses, risks and opportunities for territorial formation. The article considers the theoretical and methodological aspects of the analysis of the competitive advantages of agricultural production in the context of differentiation of regions by the level of development of production and economic potential and infrastructure.

Agricultural heritage sites: role in achieving sustainable development goals and ensuring a green transition. Р. 35–49
The authors investigated the role of objects of agricultural heritage sites in the preservation and development of rural society is revealed. The criteria for the assessment of objects of agricultural heritage of the Republic of Belarus are substantiated. Systematizes international approaches in this area.
It was noted that the experience of functioning of objects of agricultural heritage confirms their role in solving a number of socio-economic problems traditional for rural areas. It is determined that the direct benefit from the use of heritage is measured by three main indicators: the number of new jobs, income growth and an increase in demand for products from other industries.

Under the market management of intangible assets, we propose to understand a set of actions and measures for effective planning, organization and control of formation, development and use of such assets of the enterprise. The management of intangible assets is closely related to the identification and disclosure of their value and the economic benefits that they bring (in the form of additional cash or cost savings). Intangible asset markets allow businesses to diversify their business and expand their brand presence into new product categories. In addition, intangible asset markets allow businesses to access new competencies and create additional sources of revenue without heavy development or R&D inputs. Brands (trademark rights), like patents, are increasingly being licensed, bought and sold nationally and internationally, yet the economic role of such assets is underestimated.

Provides agronomic and economic efficiency of standard and complex mineral fertilizers with micronutrient additives at prices for mineral fertilizers and crop products until 2022 and in 2022. A significant advantage of complex mineral fertilizers has been found when it was applied to winter wheat, winter rapeseed, flax (fiber, seeds), sugar beets, potatoes. In comparison with simple forms of mineral fertilizers it provided a net income from 26,1 to 1189,0 US dollars/hectare.

Possibilities of creation of circular business models in agriculture for system of gathering, recycling and processing of a plastic waste of packing for firm mineral fertilizers are analyzed. The resource model connected with replacement of materials and a design of packing reservoirs (big-bags) for the purpose of their use in circular economy at the organization of recycling technologies is offered.

The foreign experience in the organization of management systems is analyzed, the principles of the use of land resources applicable to the conditions of the Republic of Belarus are considered. The main requirements for cadastral data in the land information systems of the EU countries are summarized.
