Assessment of the need for state support of the agricultural sector of the Republic of Belarus. P. 31–43
We have identified corrective indicators that differentiate territories by level of development, which will allow us to more correctly determine the degree of implementation of functions in the social sphere by rural territories and justify the need for their state support. Complex indicators for assessing the need for state support based on the typology of rural territories and their level of development are proposed, which will ensure the transition of state price regulation from direct support of agriculture to its indicative management. The proposed methodology for assessing state support is justified, which will allow justifying budget support and measures to improve the socio-economic situation of rural territories on the basis of ensuring the correct use of economic, social and environmental indicators, as well as managing the region through the development of forecasts and strategic documents for the development of agricultural territories.

Justification of the feasibility and choice of forms of integration by agribusiness subjects of the Republic of Belarus. P. 53–61
The article contains the results of studies to substantiate the expediency of integration and its forms in agribusiness in relation to existing and projected structures. In the first case, a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the structure and its participants is proposed based on. Within the framework of the second approach, an algorithm has been developed to justify the effectiveness, the choice of the form of integration of the projected integration structure. The algorithm includes four stages and is based on the “map of interests” of the integration participants developed by the authors, which gives an understanding of the possible effects that arise when choosing one form or another. The conclusion is made about the insufficient justification in many cases of the creation of integration structures in the agricultural business of the Republic of Belarus. In this regard, the critical importance of a balanced, consistent approach in planning and creating such associations and adherence to the basic principles of integration is emphasized.
