GUSAKOV Egor Vladimirovich, Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor

  • 2011 – graduated from the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus.
  • 2015 – graduated from graduate school at the State Enterprise «The Institute of System Researches in Agro-Industrial Complex of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus». He defended his dissertation for the academic degree of PhD in Economic Sciences «Scientific foundations and organizational and economic mechanism for the effective functioning of cooperative integration associations in Agro-Industrial Complex» (2015).
  • 2019 – graduated from doctoral studies at the State Enterprise «The Institute of System Researches in Agro-Industrial Complex of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus». Defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences «Theory and methodology for creating and ensuring the effective functioning of cluster structures in Agro-Industrial Complex» (2022).
  • Since 2019 – Head of the Cooperation Sector of the State Enterprise «The Institute of System Researches in Agro-Industrial Complex of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus».
  • Since 2019 – Deputy Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
  • Research activities are related to the development of theory and methodology for increasing the efficiency of functioning of enterprises and organizations of Agro-Industrial Complex on the basis of cooperation and clustering.

The main results of the research work are the development of a methodology for system analysis of cooperative-integration structures and cluster organizations, the theoretical foundations of the cluster organization of Agro-Industrial Complex, a model for the effective organization of cluster structures, effective mechanisms for the implementation of cluster organization models, methods for the effective functioning of cluster structures, adaptive models and management mechanisms and economic regulation of cluster structures, mechanisms for interaction of cluster organizations with the state and the market, scientific recommendations and proposals for orienting the activities of cluster structures to the most complete satisfaction of market consumer demand.

Author of more than 80 scientific works, including 2 monographs.

A scholarship from the President of the Republic of Belarus has been awarded to talented young scientists.

Awarded Certificates of Honor from the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Institute of Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, and the National Center for Intellectual Property.
